The electrical installation project for the modern PURO Hotel in Łódź required the use of cutting-edge technologies and solutions, both in the field of electrical systems and intelligent building management. The project began with identifying the needs driven by the interior fit-out plans of the PURO Hotel. As a high-end facility featuring numerous rooms, suites, and a comprehensive recreational area, the hotel demanded not only uncompromising energy efficiency but also design coherence aligned with the distinctive character of the space.

State-of-the-art electrical installation solutions were implemented. The power distribution system included main and floor-level low-voltage switchboards, along with distribution busbars. Innovations such as an indoor MV/LV transformer station equipped with a high-capacity dry-type transformer were introduced. To ensure continuous power supply, modular uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems were installed. To preserve integrated lighting, a variety of lighting systems were deployed –from functional and architectural to accent lighting, including public square illumination. All lighting elements, such as fixtures, poles, and lanterns, were carefully selected to match the hotel’s unique design. To ensure safety, systems for active fire protection, gas detection, and a comprehensive lightning protection system were implemented. Additionally, the Building Management System (BMS) gave PURO Hotel an intelligent tool for monitoring energy consumption, optimizing HVAC systems, and remotely managing lighting.
