• identification data (e.g. name, surname, company, identification number);
• contact data (e.g. e-mail address, phone number, correspondence address);
• data concerning contracts and cooperation (e.g. transaction details, cooperation history);
• financial data (e.g. bank account numbers, invoicing data).

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• Contract performance and service provision - art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR;
• Performance of legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting) - art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR;
• Investigation of claims or defense against claims - art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR;
• Contact in matters related to company activities - art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for concluding and performing contracts, within the scope of legal provisions is mandatory.

Personal data may be transferred to:

• Entities supporting us in contract performance (e.g. courier company, postal operator, IT service providers);
• State authorities, if required by legal provisions;
• Business partners to the extent necessary for cooperation implementation.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for concluding and performing contracts, within the scope of legal provisions implementation is mandatory.

• Right to request data correction;
• Right to data deletion if no other purpose of processing is implemented and there are no legal restrictions excluding this right, specified in art. 17 para. 3 GDPR;

• Right to limit data processing.

If your data is processed on the basis of consent, you may additionally use the above rights:

• Right to withdraw consent regarding the scope in which data is processed on this basis. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing performed before its withdrawal.

If your data is processed on the basis of consent or within the framework of provided services (data is necessary for service provision), you may additionally use the above rights:

• Right to transfer personal data, i.e. to receive your personal data from the administrator in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format. You may transfer this data to another data administrator.

Your data will not be transferred outside the EEA.

If personal data was not obtained directly from the person it concerns, we inform that it may come from publicly available sources, such as CEIDG or KRS registries, or from business partners.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling in connection with the processing of contractors' personal data.
