The Energa NC ER project was one of the most geographically dispersed undertakings in Technitel Group’s history. Sites were located across Poland (e.g. Kołobrzeg, Bartoszyce, Kętrzyn) and access to many administrative facilities was limited, so execution stretched to almost two years and required numerous long-term field deployments. Early analysis also revealed a large amount of additional work not covered by the original scope. The variety of trades involved and uneven site distribution further extended lead-times. The key challenge was to assemble a committed team of specialists from Technitel’s three core areas – electrical, telecoms and sanitary installations.

To meet these challenges, Technitel assigned its most experienced staff in the required disciplines and focused on professional project management and a solid communication base within the team and with the client – Energa Operator S.A.
